The property of this guest house ends right on the beach path. That separates the house from the amazing, about 8 km long Poetto beach.

Our villa is originally and well-furnished. All rooms are homely and warm. We have personalized all rooms and the home with many objects collected with care and taste during our trips. We offer 3 rooms, one can host 2 persons. All rooms are sunny with a fantastic view of the sea (air-conditioning), always clean and with a fresh and original touch. We strongly believe that the right difference between hotel and B&B should be done. Our guests can enjoy two sunny verandas, one on the ground-floor and the other on the higher floor, where they can relax, have breakfast and have a chat with us about Cagliari and the Poetto beach. In fact, our beautiful city beach offers you the chance to enjoy a beautiful panorama, the blue-green sea maybe drinking a good wine with your friends.
