B&B La Terrazza sul Porto

The property is located in the centre of Cagliari in a 1920’s historical building.

Served by a lift, it is on two levels: 3rd floor is dedicated to bedrooms, bathrooms and living room freely available; 4th floor consists of breakfast area, internet point (Wi-Fi) and rooftop terrace available to guests, which overlooks both the city centre and the port of Cagliari, where you can sunbathe, have breakfast, enjoy the view while relaxing without time limitations.

There are three quiet rooms with/without private bathroom, available as double / twin, triple or single use. (Single use is excluded in August) unlimited use of fast Internet connection are included. You can going out and coming back to the House. Luggage storage service after checkout is free, until evening.

The house is located in a neighbourhood well-served, just a short walk from the port, the train station, the bus terminal in Piazza Matteotti and the main shopping streets; moreover is only 10 minutes from Cagliari-Elmas airport.

Our property is situated in "La Marina", one of four historic districts of Cagliari: Castello, Stampace, La Marina and Villanova.

These are neighbourhoods very rich in curiosities, restaurants and trattorias, where you can taste the famous local cuisine both of meat and fish, but also full of pubs, bars, pizzerias and ice-cream shops.

Poetto’s beach can be reached within 10 minutes by car or bus, but many other beautiful beaches out of town are easily reached by public transport
