B&B At Fourth

At Fourth is a luxury villa which lies just 20 meters from the seashore, between the renowned and beautiful beach of Cagliari, Poetto and the naturalistic oasis of Molentargius.

Originally built in late 60’s and fully refurbished with high standard specifications in early 2011, At Fourth is a ground floor house surrounded by a lush and peaceful garden, well suited and outfitted to be enjoyed throughout the year.

The surrounding area has plenty of activities to offer and because of the very convenient location, it is possible to take advantage both of the city services and amusement, bearing in mind the outstanding beach proximity just crossing the main beach promenade.

Also the stunning naturalistic oasis of Molentargius park is located just a few hundreds meters from At Fourth, enclosing the whole marine area and whereas it is possible to observe an abundant and variegated fauna, such as the pink flamingos, during any season.

At Fourth, any solution in order to obtain a cozy and welcoming environment has been fully considered and taken into account. Simple, bright and comfortable spaces have been imagined and devised for this specific purpose, in symbiosis with the spirit of the surrounding area and to comply with the customer needs. For instance, during summer period the breakfast would be also served within the flourishing garden.

Furthermore, both bedrooms are really comfortable and a personal and exclusive bathroom usage is always guaranteed, ensuring ultimate comfort and maximum privacy.
