The apartment is indipendent, soundproofed with air conditioning and panoramic. It's located within the high walls of the Bastion of Saint Remy, in the ancient Castello Disctrict. The most famous monuments, those that are an almost obligatory stop for those who visit the city, are certainly the Cathedral, the Pisan Towers, the Bastion of Saint Remy and the Roman Amphitheater. With 5 meter high ceilings all finished with bricks of the time. Orignal floors in fine terracotta.

The entire apartment, at the complete disposal of the guest, enjoys a breathtaking view of th Gulf of Cagliari and consist in a living area of 50 square meters with a double sofa bed, a very spacious bed room with a double bed and adjacent work area with panoramic window (like all the windows in the house), bathroom with large shower, and finally a very special space for breakfast.
