Forty Four bed and breakfast is in a newly renovated apartment situated in the residential area of of the Sanctuary of Bonaria, well served by public transport towards of the city center and to the Poetto beach.

The B&B consists of three bedrooms (two of which share a bathroom) whose names recall the colors of Sardinia: the Red Room, which resembles the color of the sunset in the cool summer evenings; the Yellow Room, recall the color of our incredibly fine and shiny sand; and finally, the Blue Room, which the color reminds us of crystal sea water.

All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, heating and wi-fi.

Breakfast is very accurate and with plenty of choice: coffee, tea, milk, juice, fruit, cerals,bread, butter, jam, french toast, yogurt and sardinia biscuits.

The ruins of the Fort of St. Elias, improperly known as the Fort of St. Ignazio , are situated in an area of St. Elias hill. The building is located on a panoramic point from which is possible to enjoy a full view of the city.

The construction of the fort is dated to the end of 1792. It was designed by the military engineer Franco Lorenzo, to cope with the French attacks from the sea.
The original design included a pentagonal fortification, provided with various towers, a tank and a moat and armed with more than fifty guns. Works were never accomplished, giving rise to the building of a bastion with a quadrilateral plan, unique in Sardinia, with only two towers, an incomplete moat, without tank and with a small number of cannons.
In 1804 the fort lost its military function and served as a shelter for sick with contagious diseases. However, during World War II its strategic position was reassessed as a lookout point against enemies.

The Sacred Art Fund of the Ingrao Collection is one of the permanent exhibitions that are located inside the Municipal Art Gallery. 

The Sacred Art Fund boasts 45 sculptures and 8 paintings, which show the aesthetic sensitivity and sense of religiosity of Francesco Paolo Ingrao. Seven wooden sculptures representing the Crucifixion are on display inside an "apse", the fulcrum of any religious celebration and emblem of Christianity. The Crucifixes, small in size because they were hanged on the walls of private rooms, are dated between the 16th and 18th centuries. Three of them represent the "living Christ", captured in the moment of maximum suffering immediately before his death; the other represent the "Dead Christ", with his head resting on his right shoulder, immortalized after having exhaled his last breath. The Crucifix that the collector kept above his bed stands out among all.

Among the most significant works there is also is the armless wooden half-bust of the "Holy Monk", which seems to be inspired by the Sienese proto-Renaissance style. The sculpture may be attributed to the school of Francesco da Valdambrino (15th century), made with a single block of walnut and just sketched on the back, probably because it was intended to be placed inside a niche.

A statue of Saint Anthony of Padua from the sixteenth century attracts the visitor's attention, especially for its size (over 120 centimeters) and its impressive carving. The Holy Monk is depicted with his right hand on his chest, while the left holds a book on which, presumably, a Baby Jesus, now lost, rested.

The Sacred Art Fund also boasts a small oil painting from the school of Ludovico Cardi, known as Cigoli from the second half of the 16th century, depicting "the Ecstasy of St. Francis". The painting represents an episode from the "Fioretti di San Francesco": the Saint is portrayed slumped to the ground, while he turns a pleading gaze towards the sky asking God to alleviate his suffering. A musician angel with large wings appears and brings comfort to Saint Francis with his violin.

The Foundation for art Bartoli Felter was founded in 2003 as a project of notary Ercule Bartoli, art lover and collector from a young age.

The project is aimed at promoting young artists by giving them the opportunity to exhibit their works, donate to the city and citizens of the artistic moments of leisure, cultural sharing and confrontation.

Today, the foundation can count several collaborations with cultural spaces and institutions both public and private realizing contemporary art collective exhibition at the Lazzaretto Cultural Centre of St. Elias, Castle of St. Michael and the Civic Theatre in Cagliari, oversaw the collection of the Teatro Massimo and collaborated with several town's administrations in several artistic initiatives; through years between 2007 and 2010 is the reference for Sardinia the event promoted by the GAI (Young Italian Artists) in Turin named Gemini Muse; since 2008 it is registered in the NGO register of Region of Sardinia.

In 2013, the Foundation has opened the space Temporary Storing, a container for artistic events in which the exhibits were alternated from July 2012 almost every two weeks by hosting Sardinian artists but also from the rest of Italy and from foreign countries.

The space is located in Via XXIX November 3 (corner Viale Trieste) and consists of an exhibition area with view of the street, a modular space thanks to panels furniture in order to offer maximum flexibility to the artists.

Space as well as hosting exhibitions with the works of artists is the scene of side artistic events as live performances of dance, theatre and live music.

The company Azienda Speciale Fiera Internazionale della Sardegna was established in 1978 by an initiative of the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Handicraft and Agricuture of Cagliari. Saint'Elia lighthouse is located near the bay of Calamosca, next to the Signal Tower. Built in 1850, it was activated in 1860 by the Royal Civil Engineering Office and consists of a two-storey building topped by a cylindrical tower with black and white stripes. Its optic is of the rotating type and was electrified in 1937 to facilitate the work of the lighthouse keepers. It has a bright range of 21 miles.
