Theatre and Art of Puppets by Is Mascareddas company.

Spazio TAB is both a theatre and art of puppets, a cultural centre where tradition, memory and creation live together. 

Spazio TAB houses: 
• A permanent exhibition that illustrates 45 years of Puppets' history.
• The Yorick Library, a bibliographic centre dedicated to the puppet theatre. It is a precious collection of books, magazines and documents from all over the world. 
• Workshops of  construction and tailoring take place to design and realize characters, props or stage costumes. 
• Is Mascareddas playhouse and office; the company has, in fact, been active from 1980 and brought the puppet theatre in Sardinia spreading it all over the Island. In 2023 the company won the Special prize UBU, one of the most important awards of Italian theatre.
