The bulding is situated at Via Lamarmora and takes the name from the lawyer Emanuele Ortu Ravot who owned it in 1870.
The appearance of this building is similar to the other Neoclassical buildings in Castello district. The façade doesn't show special decorations and has windows with wrought iron railing balconies. A ceramic plate with the old street number of the building, located next to the entrance's arch portal, brings back to memory of the most important cultural society of the time (second half of XIX), the Philharmonic Club, which had its headquarters in the palace.
