House Boat Sardinia is a young company, dedicated to developing houses / boats, a unique concept throughout Italy.

It is the first “boat house” in all Italy. This unique and new concept, with all the comforts of a house in a unique and privileged location, is located in Marina Piccola, at Poetto beach. The house has all the comforts for 4 people, with high standards in decoration and equipment, Bose sound system, WIFI connection, hot / cold water and air conditioning.

On the upper floor you can enjoy the terrace where you can admire beautiful sunsets, drinking a glass of Italian red wine, with some typical cheese.

It is also equipped with kayak, SUP and a bicycle.
