Church of Blessed Massimiliano Kolbe

The church dedicated to Blessed Maximilian Kolbe, the Polish priest and Franciscan who offered to go to the concentration camp of Auschwitz in place of a family man, is located in Cornalias street. The modern facade is characterized by irregular geometric lines and the entrance is preceded on two sides by large loggias. A stylized dome stands out topped by a cross. The interior of the building has a room with marble walls and a raised presbytery.
