The porticoes along Via Roma and the nearby Largo Carlo Felice host many clothing, accessory and shoe boutiques, but also jewellers and Sardinian craft and food shops. Here you will find many single-brand shops with world-renowned Italian products and a number of luxury boutiques.

Via Manno and Via Garibaldi are classic streets for shopping and browsing. Both form a pedestrian precinct offering a continuous parade of shop windows. Here you can find Italian and European outlets, alongside those of longstanding Cagliari families. There are several shops catering for the young and dotted between clothing stores are opticians, bookshops and jewellers specialising in the traditional Sardinian filigree work.

The triangle formed by Via Alghero, Via Paoli and Via Dante has boutiques and multi-brand shops as well as franchising stores, bookshops and perfumeries, but also bars, ice-cream parlours and delicatessen shops.

Villanova quarter has recently been restored and partially turned into a pedestrian area. This has led to the opening in Via Sulis and nearby streets of new stylish shops, focused on creative design and new trends.
