The garden of Is Mirrionis, called "Mariposa" a kind of butterfly, consists of about 600 square meters between Barigadu street and Gippi street. It is a green area inaugurated in 2014 and designed especially for children. There is a play zone with climbing tools and a picnic area.

A stroll-garden, which starts from the lift that leads to the Bastion of Saint Remy to APCOA Parkings in Viale Regina Elena: a new space under the walls of Castello, abandoned for decades, closed to the public for a while because of restoration, and now returned to the city.

The area, once occupied by the former municipal nursery, has been inaugurated Friday, 28 th March 2014 with a large influx of Public.

The garden is about five hundred meters long, stretched for 6500 square meters. It is composed by two very suggestive routes on two height levels, linked together by a beautiful vaulted staircase, also restored, and soon they will be also connected by the intermediate stop of the lift, which will allow the intermediate access between the Terrace of Santa Caterina and Viale Regina.

The "Fratelli Giuseppe e Vittorino Fiori" Garden has been embellished by the precious recovery work of the futuristic style of Ubaldo Badas, together with sculptures of the Sardinian artist Pinuccio Sciola.

In the promenade, infact, the Hemicycle Theatre, designed by Ubaldo Badas, has been restored safeguarding the railing and the transformer kiosk.

Seven works of Sciola have been installed: in front of the main entrance an architectural sculpture; in the proximity of the Open Theatre a modern basalt stele; on the lawns three stone seeds and some tied stones. Finally, in the marble basins, there are three installations in limestone: the first is inspired by the submerged city, in memory of the Holy Santa Igia on the shores of Santa Gilla, the second is a tribute to Castello, the perched city . Finally, in the third basin, the pyramidal sculptures recall the salt works, one of the characteristic traits of Cagliari: the city of salt.

The massive restoration works have allowed to the "Fratelli Giuseppe e Vittorino Fiori" Garden to be fully wheelchair accessible and soon will be even inaugurated a dining area inside.

Recovered from neglect, the urban area facing the recreation centre ExMè has been turned into a garden with a small playground and a football pitch for kids.

The Public Gardens cover an area of 17000 mq; they were bought by Cagliari Municipality in 1840 and were designed for walks in a typical XIX century garden style.

From the entrance there is a long tree-lined avenue that ends with the Galleria Comunale d'Arte, a building that once housed the Regia Polveriera. In the garden you can admire fountains and sculptural elements, such as the Roman statue of the so-called Grande Ercolanense, coming from Uta. From the naturalistic point of view there are centuries-old plants like the jacarande, two specimens of ficus macrophille, palms and flower beds that form a multicoloured carpet.

The Bed and Breakfast Genneruxi is located in an elegant building within one of the nicest residential quarters of Cagliari, a few steps away from the centre and from the most beautiful and characteristic places of the town. No more than 50 meters from the house there are also a bus stop and a lightmetro stop directly connected in few minutes with the best place of the city. The B&B can accommodate six guests, who have complete autonomy with full freedom of schedules. It offers three comfortable bedrooms: one double and one single room with shared bathrooms and a double room with ensuite bathroom. Each rooms has air conditioned with individual control and high speed Internet Wi-Fi free.

The gallery refuge extends for about 180 meters along a parallel and equidistant axis from Viale Merello to Viale Fra Ignazio.
It was part of a series of underground routes still existing, made ​​in 1700 by the Piedmontese outside the walls for military purposes.

The main entrance was originally located in Via Don Bosco, but some transverse corridors to the main axis of the shelter, some tens of meters, allowed access to the refuge not only from the main entrance, but also from other entrances into private courtyards of the neighboring streets. For almost the entire length of the tunnel there are some benches with the function of seat against the wall on both sides. Even in the eight rooms of the gallery we can find side benches on the long sides, similar to those found in the main gallery. In the tunnel is also present, a few meters from the main entrance, a room in which there were arranged squat toilets. Much of this existing network of tunnels was readjusted at the beginning of World War II as a shelter for the refugees, with cleaning, construction of double and triple inputs shellproof and construction of seats along the walls. At the end of the war, the tunnel was forgotten, and the various inputs, including the main street of Don Bosco, were walled. This allowed us to send it almost intact to the present day.

The Cultural Association “La Ruota della Fortuna”, founded on 17th April 2016, organizes exhibitions and cultural events with his associated artists (today are currently about 300). We have organized over 100 exhibitions and events in just 2 years giving space to everyone: from the artist to the young student, to move on to those who express themselves artistically only for passion in their free time. A democratic association that aims to bring people closer to art and has as its motto: "Art is for everyone" both for those who do it and for those who use it.

At our headquarters in Cagliari, in via Bacaredda 48/b take place most of the art and culture exhibitions almost always themed to involve the public and propose a real art show. Besides art we also connect theatre, literature, feature films, photographic and sculptural art, always trying to give the subject of the exhibition to involve the public. All of our exhibitions and cultural events can be visited free of charge.

We organize courses of painting, comics, ceramics, creative recycling and photography that always take place at our headquarters.

Located in the heart of Cagliari, Galleria Esdé was born from a deep passion for contemporary art, as window to promote local and International Artists with a quality search, in order to improve the exchange of trends and painting styles. With the aim to offer an exhibition space and also a warm atmosphere for talented Artists with interesting projects of value, we work to spread emotion and artistic sarin with painting lovers. Expanding artistic pooling, our main goal is to stimulate the interest, so we curate solo exhibitions and collective ones with an eye for detail. Finding points of contact among local and International Artists is our key to increase a fervent artistic production . We valorize quality painting artworks at the same time we do want to welcome our passionate audience making them feel home, involved and being part of the gallery.

Since 2014, the cycle and pedestrian path joining Su Siccu seafront, at the foot of Bonaria hill, with Viale La Palma and the main entrance of Molentargius – Saline Regional Park, has been hosting an ongoing project aimed at the creation of an open-air contemporary art gallery.

The project has been developed by the non-profit organization Urban Center together with many local, national and international artists, who have contributed realizing the fine murals that nowadays offer the visitor a beautiful route through art and nature.

Along the path, it is possible to see some wall paintings by the Sardinian street artist Manu Invisible, whose name is internationally known, even it is associated with a secret identity protected by a mask.

Every day, runners, cyclists and canoeists cross the Galleria del Sale, as well as tourists and local families. Everyone can express a thought inspired by the beauty of the gallery and not just virtually: a big wooden note board in the shape of a human figure collects visitors’ memories.
